As a certified (RYT 200), and a specialization in meditation (RYT 100) I have been teaching yoga since 2007 under my brand “Kiwioga”. Please check Instagram for more details. I focus on vinyasa and yin yoga in various formats – yoga for kids, stand up paddle yoga or one-to-one sessions.
I teach 30min – 45min meditation sessions to groups of max 20 guiding them through a non-religious mindful sessions so they can regain their focus and concentration for the rest of the day.
